Dear Trinity Families and Friends,
We are excited to announce the selection of our new school uniform vendor! Ibiley School Uniform Company has 30 years of service and is one of the largest uniform companies in the country. Of all the available options, Ibiley offers our families the smoothest transition to a new vendor. The goal was to find a partner that offers the most items we already require without sacrificing quality, and Ibiley is able to satisfy these needs at a lower cost than Parker. Choosing another vendor would have meant sweeping changes in the uniform policy and would have required parents to purchase an entirely new uniform wardrobe. Ibiley operates out of Miami, FL but unlike other out-of-state vendors, they have an attentive local representative who also worked for Parker and knows us well.
The closing of Parker has allowed us to strengthen our uniform policy and implement our school colors, in order to raise our school profile. The shopping experience will move completely online with free shipping options and lower prices. Our Ibiley online ordering site will be open by June to give families plenty of time to prepare for the coming school year and Ibiley pledges to make the shopping experience efficient for our families. In addition to an online store, they will have a “fitting” day on campus this summer to allow students to try on and sample the new styles. We will have sample styles and all sizes available at the school for year-round fitting needs as well.
To ease the financial burden and lessen the inconvenience of moving to new uniform items, we will “grandfather” the current items in for 2018-2019 and begin phasing items out at the start of the 2019-2020 school year. We are excited about this new partnership and are confident you will be pleased with Ibiley. Please be on the lookout for more information about the transition and the launch of our new online store.
