Important Tidbits

Master Calendar: Please note that that there have been recent changes made to the master calendar, so review at your convenience to stay up-to-date. Thank you.

Priority Enrollment: Our admissions season for 2018-2019 is fast approaching! Re-enrollment kicks off on January 22 via an email announcing the contracts have been posted. Current TES students have priority until February 22. We have set an upward trend the past few years, so we are looking to surpass last year’s enrollment numbers which was our largest group to date. Please let me know if you have any questions at admissions@tesgalv.org. Thank you. –Thomala Walker, Director of Admissions

Volunteers Needed: We are looking for lunch monitors to provide our teachers a quiet lunch period once a month. If you are interested in volunteering, please click the link below http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0948aaa928a2fc1-teslunch2 – Monica Clark, Coordinator

Kindergarten Open House: Our annual Kindergarten admissions preview will be held on Thursday, January 25, 5:30PM in Trinity Church. We invite current PK4 families to come and take a peek into their rising grade. This is an opportunity to get details about this program. Light refreshments will be served. Student Accounts: As per our school policy, students may not re-enroll if the parent has an account with the school over 60 days in arrears. With re-enrollment fast approaching, please be cognizant of the status of your account(s). Thank you.
