School Year Ends – Congratulations to students, parents, faculty and staff for another great year. On the horizon for next school year, you can expect another year of TES excellence! – Happy summer!

Reminder-Graduation Tonight: The 2018 TES graduates would like to invite everyone to attend our graduation ceremony tonight, May 24, 7 PM in Trinity Episcopal Church. We would like to have all in attendance to share in our final Trinity experience. We hope that you will come to support the graduating class.

Lots of Thanks: TES Faculty, staff and students would like to thank the TES-PTO for sponsoring the lunch for the Green and Gold Games! The TES-PTO would like to thank the Hart family and Mario’s Seawall for the pizza and the Pyles family and Eatcetera for the lunches for faculty and staff. Finally, a huge thank you to Kelley Starling and Monica Clark who masterminded the ordering, delivery and distribution and all the others on the PTO executive committee who made this possible!

Important Tidbits

Report Cards: Report cards for grades 1-7 will be distributed after graduation. Kindergarten and 8th report cards go home today. Any report cards not picked up at graduation will be left in the Main Office for pick-up starting Friday.

Immunizations: Make sure to provide the school with the most updated immunization records for the 2018-2019 school year before August 22. Thank you. –Main Office

Reminder – Building Our Future – Paving the Way: Celebrate milestones such as graduations, honors, memorials and special events with an engraved paver located at the entrance of the MAC. Each paver is $500.00 for 9 lines of text and 22 characters per line. Proceeds will be used for funding of maintenance and operations of the MAC. Submit orders by July 1. Order forms can on the website at https://tesgalv.org/giving/building-our-future/. Thank you.

Finance Office: All tuition accounts should be current before the close of school. Please note that grades, test scores, records, will not be released in cases where student accounts are delinquent and/or students have overdue or missing library books that have not been cleared.

Outstanding Parent Volunteers: We would like to thank you for an outstanding year once more. As you know, our school would not be able to produce the events and activities without you. Thank you for going above and beyond and managing school projects/events all year. We recognize Jocelyn Sullivan, Catherine Garrison, Stephanie Vasut, Randy Woods, Monica Clark, Sarah Sullivan, Lynsey Ginsberg, Rashida Jolivet and Majka Woods. Happy Summer!

New Campus Service: Debbie Kelemen/4th will step out of the classroom and into the role of an in-house private tutor. Mrs. Kelemen will remain on campus initiating this private tutoring service during regular school hours in the coming school year as a convenience to our students and families. REMINDER – SUMMER AT TES: (Get registered!)

Camp Invention: This fun science program is July 9-13 (9AM-3:30 PM). The cost is $240. Before and after childcare is available. Camp Invention also offers an installment payment plan. Gear Up for Summer! Registration for Trinity Summer Camp@ Beginning School will open soon. Children who are currently in grades PK2-1st will be eligible for this program. Session I will run June 6 – June 29 and Session II will be July 2 – July 27. More information to come. Hope you will join in on the fun. –Rachel Brown, Summer Program Director

Camp Charger: Due to staffing shortages and decreased registration numbers, Camp Charger will not be held in its original form this summer. There will be a schedule of clinics and classes offered in July in lieu of the traditional Camp Charger day. – Anna Hyatt, Camp Director

VBS this Summer @ TEC
2018 Vacation Bible School! Monday through Friday, 9:00am to Noon, June 4th-8th. Shipwrecked: Rescued by Jesus. VBS is open to children from age 4 through rising 5thgrade. The $10 registration fee includes daily snacks, sciencey gizmos and games, water day, songs, stories, making new friends and learning the Word of God! Registration now in the Church Office! VBS VOLUNTEERS: It takes over 50 volunteers to put on our VBS, so junior and senior high students and adults are encouraged to help out. (Rising 6th graders and up) Get your service hours for next year done! Youth volunteers must also register, but not pay a fee.
