Update & Reminder: Our annual St. Vincent’s Food Drive is underway. St. Vincent’s House is requesting traditional Thanksgiving type foods such as bagged stuffing, condensed milk, canned fruits and vegetables along with easy open items, i.e., peanut butter, canned salmon, individual cracker packs etc. Please continue to send your food donations to homerooms until the Ingathering on Thursday, November 16.

Important Tidbits

Automatic Tuition Withdrawal: Due to the Thanksgiving break, Automatic Credits (ACH) will be processed on Friday, November 17th instead of the 20th. If you have any questions or concerns with this change, please contact Melanie Buck at 765-9391, ext. 117 by Monday, November 13th.

Gear Reminder: Middle School students must have rain gear, such as an umbrella, poncho, or hooded raincoat.  Students travel to/from church, MAC and Moody Hall daily even when it rains. Thank you.

Safeguarding: For parents who would like to volunteer or be frequent visitors during the school day. Parents must complete the Safeguarding God’s Children certification course. A session has been scheduled for Wednesday, December 6, 5:30PM in the MAC. If you are interested, email Kelli Acosta at kacosta@tesgalv.org by Tuesday, November 28 in order to complete the required steps needed before attending the training.

More Baby News: Congratulations to Lindsey and Joey Sonstein on the birth of their daughter.  Hannah Kay Sonstein born on September 25, weighing-in at 7 lbs 9oz. We look forward to her joining her big sisters, Abigail (K) and Claire (2nd), as a Trinity Charger!
