LET'S GIVE A BIG HAND TO THIS MONTH'S "VERY IMPORTANT CHARGERS" Mrs. Taylor Williams has continued her "VIC - Very Important Chargers" program throughout the year, which recognizes Trinity students for displaying the virtue(s) taught throughout the month in our character education. The students pictured here have demonstrated FRIENDSHIP and TEAMWORK and have been selected by their classroom teachers. We are proud of you!
JOIN US FOR THE LAST TES PARENTS' NIGHT OUT OF THE YEAR!
Our last Parents' Night Out was a big hit, so we will continue having these social and philanthropic events every other month! We have a full calendar full of fun events planned and you don't want to miss this next month! This will be the last Parents' Night Out of 2021! The women will enjoy early holiday shopping at Emily's Design Center & Boutique and the men will gather at Texas Tail Distillery. This is a fun night to meet other Trinity parents, while giving back to the school we love! There is no age limit for childcare and siblings of Trinity students are more than welcome. ALL SAINTS DAY CHAPEL SERVICE
Trinity students will be commemorating All Saints Day with a special chapel service Tuesday, November 2nd. Please make note that this will be a dress uniform chapel service. If you have lost a loved one in the last year and would like their name read in the chapel service, please fill out the form HERE. *PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR NAMES BY MONDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST!!
SECOND GRADE TO HOST TRINITY CARES - THANK YOU HEALTHCARE HEROES Second grade would like to invite all Trinity family members that work in any capacity at UTMB for a special thank you presentation on The Garth, November 2nd at 9:15 a.m. Our students have been working hard on encouragement letters and have been collecting items for care packages for various departments at UTMB that we would like for you to share with you and your colleagues! SCHOOL PICTURE DAY IS NEXT WEEK! Individual Picture Day will be Thursday, November 4th. This year, Trinity is partnering with Legacy Studios for our individual and group photos. You will also receive a paper order form the week before picture day, if you would rather order by check/cash. The Young Families & Professionals (YF&P) group was designed to help people meet and develop friendships with other Episcopalians in Galveston. However, we have a very flexible view of "young"! Sunday, October 31, 2021 following 10:30 a.m. service Trinity Episcopal Church will be hosting a table-hopping Trick-or-Treat event following the 10:30 a.m. service on Sunday, October 31st on the Garth! Children are encouraged to attend the 10:30 service dressed as a Saint. (Have Mom or Dad help you research Saints, but any Halloween Costume is welcome!) and then join us on the Garth for a safe, daytime event for our Trick-or-treaters!

PTO CORNER Please make plans to attend our PTO event at Book Fair: WILD about READING and PTO’s Games on the Garth Event Let’s get wild after school on Tuesday, November 9th! The book fair will remain open until 5:30pm for after school shopping. The PTO will have outdoor games set up on the Garth. The Hospitality Heath ER ice cream truck will be onsite offering complimentary frozen treats to all attendees! Join us for an afternoon of shopping, snacking, and games. All students must be accompanied by an adult.
Congratulations to our Houston Astros! In honor of celebrating our hometown team, students, faculty, and staff will be allowed to wear Astros gear (t-shirts, jerseys, Astros colors) with appropriate bottoms every Friday that the Astros are in post-season play. LETS GO 'STROS! |
