SERVICE PROJECT Trinity Beginning School & Lower School have adopted The Meridian Retirement Home for our Christmas service project. Due to the pandemic, the residents at The Meridian have undergone a difficult time with sadness and loneliness. Let us put some smiles on their faces and joy in their hearts. See the attached flyer for needed items. Please have donations turned in by Wednesday, December 16th.

TRINITY EPISCOPAL CHURCH CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICES Christmas Eve Family Service Rite II- Holy Eucharist 4:00 pm December 24th A Children’s Liturgy for Christmas Eve Godly Play ~ The Road to Bethlehem Everyone Welcome! Would your child like to be part of the Service? This year, the older Youth read the Lessons & Gospel, as the younger children bring the figures of the Crèche forward (rather than dressing in costume). We need 11 children for the Crèche & 6 Youth Readers. The participating children will gather in the back of the Church, and process to the front carrying the figures of the Crèche, at the appropriate times during the Lessons. Music will be performed by a soloist, per covid protocols. No Nursery available, as we welcome everyone in Church! Parishioner capacity will be limited per covid protocols, so please reserve your family’s spot via the reservation email. Come be a part of this special & Holy Service, and celebrate the Birth of Jesus Christ! FACULTY SPOTLIGHT Meet Mrs. Rachel Brown Mrs. Rachel Brown was born and raised in Galveston by her loving family. She lives with her husband, Justin, and their dog, Amos. Mrs. Brown is the Assistant Director of the Beginning School where she also teaches the Enrichment classes. She has worked with many students over her 22 years at Trinity Episcopal School, and her passion is Early Childhood, making slime, and smiles with her students! In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and close friends, teaching her Godson Matthew to cook, walking nature trails, visiting museums, volunteering at her family church, and continuing her education. Thank you for your many years of loyalty to TES, Mrs. Brown!
