FIFTH GRADE STEM CHRISTMAS PROJECT
This quarter, fifth grade dabbled in electricity and shined by completing their Christmas houses using recycled material. Electrical circuits were placed inside each Christmas house lighting up our village. Lower and Middle School children were able to admire their work all week. Would your child like to be part of the Service? This year, the older Youth read the Lessons & Gospel, as the younger children bring the figures of the Crèche forward (rather than dressing in costume). We need 11 children for the Crèche & 6 Youth Readers. The participating children will gather in the back of the Church, and process to the front carrying the figures of the Crèche, at the appropriate times during the Lessons. Music will be performed by a soloist, per covid protocols. No Nursery available, as we welcome everyone in Church! Parishioner capacity will be limited per covid protocols, so please reserve your family’s spot via the church website, www.trinitygalv.org. Come be a part of this special & Holy Service, and celebrate the Birth of Jesus Christ!

Meet Mrs. Laura Hyatt
Our beloved music teacher, Mrs. Laura Hyatt is celebrating her 25th year at Trinity Episcopal School! She is a proud graduate of UT Austin and UT Med School for her graduate degree. Mrs. Hyatt is married to David and has one daughter - our Middle School Coordinator Anna. She first taught a speech class at Trinity in 1988 under Dr. Holloman. Mrs. Hyatt says to relay that she really misses her choir kids! Thank you for all the work you do year-round, Mrs. Hyatt, but especially for producing Lessons & Carols in 2020.
Lessons & Carols would NOT happen without Mrs. Hyatt!
