MASK REMINDER
Please remember that families are still asked to provide cloth face covers for their children to wear each day to school. An extra cloth face covering should be sent to school in a closed zip lock bag in case an extra is needed. A clean mask is to be worn each day. Cloth face coverings are meant to protect other people in case of asymptomatic wearers who are unknowingly infected. Bandanas are not acceptable. We commend TES families for helping to allow our campus to remain open for in-person learning since August! Thank you!

FACULTY & STAFF SPOTLIGHT Meet Mrs. Leah Tovar This is Mrs. Tovar's 5th year working at Trinity. She has worked as the Advancement & Admission Assistant and BS Aide, and currently serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Head of School. Mrs. Tovar was born and raised in Galveston and attended Trinity Episcopal School starting at age 2! Trinity holds a special place in her heart for many reasons; the traditions such as May Fête, Lessons and Carols, Medieval Days, Graduation, and the Leslie Otto Flower Show have all been sketched in her heart. Now her 4th-grade daughter is enjoying many of the same unique traditions, which are some of the main reasons why they have chosen Trinity Episcopal School as the place to educate and prepare Sofia for the next phase of her life. Mrs. Tovar has been married for almost 11 years to her best friend and the man she adores, Frank Tovar, a USMC Veteran. They both enjoy quality family time, outdoor activities, traveling, and making lots of memories in everything they do together. Sofia was the icing on the cake for them, she has made every day a new day and they love watching her grow into such a fun and happy little girl! Mrs. Tovar also enjoys cooking, baking, summertime pool activities, dancing, reading, and spending time with her only sister, Priscilla, and her precious family. She truly believes God placed her here back at Trinity for a reason: to help support this amazing team of people she works with and to always take care of every student as if they were her own. Thank you, Mrs. Tovar, we could not do what we do here at TES without you! Young Mrs. Leah Tovar as a TES cheerleader! Mrs. Tovar's daughter, Sofia, a 4th-grader at TES |
