PTO GENERAL MEETING

 A NEW WAY TO PAY

Did you know that you can now access all things financial on My Backpack? You can digitally acquire monthly statements, account summaries, and a breakdown of charges. You can also make online payments for EVERYTHING (tuition, lunch, field trips, snack shack, sports fees, etc.). The link for My Backpack is available through our website at the bottom right-hand corner of the homepage (tesgalv.org). This new convenient feature is made possible thru your generous donations to the Annual Fund. Please contact Finance Director Melanie Buck with any questions: (mbuck@tesgalv.org).

 CHESS SCHOLARS

Chess Scholars will be meeting on Tuesdays for 4 sessions, beginning 9/24 from 3-4PM. The cost will be $35 total. Coach Johnson will be leading this class. Last year we had 7 students and he would love to have more involved this year. Students are to sign into Extended Day at 3:00 and then Coach will take all students to the Cafeteria. Whether a new learner or an experienced player, they all can gain something from this program. Pickups will occur at the MAC at 4:05. Contact Coach Johnson with questions: jjohnson@tesgalv.org

To "Give Credit" scan your receipt, then tap the star icon to enter your "Give Credit" memo. The memo should have your student/s homeroom teacher’s name.   ANNUAL FUND

Trinity Episcopal School is proud to celebrate 67 years of excellence in education. Last year's Annual Fund Campaign set the record for the highest level of participation among families and the highest dollar amount raised in school history. Each year, we count on the Annual Fund to help make a positive difference for our students. Our goal this year is to have 100% participation from current parents, Trustees and faculty!
