Chess Scholars will be meeting on Tuesdays from 3-4 PM. The cost will be $27 for 3 sessions. Coach Johnson will be leading this class. Last year we had 7 students and he would love to have more involved this year. Students are to sign into Extended Day at 3:00 and then Coach will take all students to the Cafeteria. Whether a new learner or an experienced player, they all can gain something from this program. Pickups will occur at the MAC at 4:05. Contact Coach Johnson with questions: email@example.com
YEARBOOKS STILL AVAILABLE
If you would like a copy of the 2018-2019 Charger Yearbook, October 4 will be your last opportunity to purchase one. The cost is $45. Please email Donna Cucco (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your order. Don’t get left out!
If arriving after the bell, students must get a signed tardy slip from the tardy station located at the east staircase by the main office before entering the classroom. After accumulating 7 tardies, the student’s parent must come in to sign each additional tardy slip. Doctor and other appointments are taken into consideration for tardies as well as other extenuating circumstances. – Stephanie Frye, Director of Student Life

Sunday, Oct 6, 10:30 a.m. Blessing of the Pets at
Trinity Episcopal Church
On Oct. 4th, at 8:15 a.m. we'll celebrate St. Francis of Assissi by honoring our pets. If you have a live pet that you can bring to this celebration, we would love for it to receive a blessing. This is an outdoor chapel service on the playground. If you bring a pet, please make sure it is secured by a leash, crate, or box. The service will last about 30 minutes. Your child may bring a special stuffed animal to be blessed. This is one of our favorite services and a wonderful Episcopalian tradition.
