Remember to purchase a lunch ticket if your child will be eating hot lunch. Cash & checks are accepted at the Main Office. To pay with Credit Card, please visit our Financial Advisor, Melanie Buck, on the 2nd floor of the Lower School. Lunch Tickets are $45.00 for 10 lunches and $90.00 for 20 lunches.
Please send your child’s Rosenberg Library Card to school (or keep it in a safe place in their backpack).

VOLUNTEER REMINDER
All parent volunteers must be currently certified in Safeguarding God’s Children. Certification is valid for 5 years. The deadline for signing up for our fall training is Wednesday, September 5th. If you need to get certified, or if you have any questions about the expiration of a previous certification, please email Rachel Brown at rbrown@tesgalv.org. Thank you!
VOLUNTEER IN THE LIBRARY ON WEDNESDAYS
Weekly sessions in the Leslie Otto Library will begin for grades K-5 on Wednesday, September 5th. Volunteers have the opportunity to read to students, stock, and sort books, and assist students in checking out. Morning and afternoon shifts are available. MUSIC LESSONS
In order to offer further opportunities for enrichment, Clark Duhon is pleased to offer music lessons for those students and parents interested in learning string and percussion instruments. Family lessons are available. Lessons will be held on campus and can be arranged during P.E., recess, lunch, or after school. SPIRIT WEAR
Order TES Spirit Gear & support your 8th grade fundraising for the spring history trip. Please return your order form and check (to TES with Spirit Gear in the memo) by Friday, September 7th. Spirit Days will be on the 1st Friday of every month, so have your shirts ready! New this year, umbrellas & rain jackets! Samples available to check product & sizing in the school office.

ATHLETICS
SOCCER
We need a soccer coach! If you are a Safeguarded adult with soccer experience (coaching experience a plus!) and interested in coaching the TMS Soccer team this year, contact Anna Hyatt ahyatt@tesgalv.org. We need a coach for practices 2x a week (Mondays & Wednesdays, after school) and approximately 6-8 games for a season from late August-Mid October.
VOLLEYBALL
Our first home volleyball game will be in the MAC on Tuesday, August 28th at 4:00 pm! TES students/faculty/staff get in for free. Adult tickets can be purchased for $3.00.
