MISS SARAH SCHOTT, HEAD OF SCHOOL (for the day)

It was a busy and exciting day for our Head of School for the Day, Miss Sarah! She was busy answering emails, touring the school, meeting faculty and staff, checking on our students, and working through her to-do list. Thank you for a wonderful, productive day, Miss Sarah!

GO GOLD! – Friday, September 21st

In honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, everybody is invited to wear GOLD with blue jeans or uniform bottoms on Friday. Students are encouraged, but not required, to bring a donation next week, even a penny helps. During chapel on Tuesday, the second-grade students will share a video about why this is such an important cause. TAE KWON DO LESSONS

Renowned Martial Arts instructor, Master Ishmael Robles, will be returning to Trinity for after-school classes beginning Thursday, September 20th in the MAC from 3:15-4:00 pm. Congratulations to the following students who qualify for the Duke Talent Identification Program: Mada Berry, Charli Dean, Evelyn Gault, Vann Latham, and Ella Sullivan.

These students scored above the 95th percentile on the IOWA or CoGat standardized test. This accomplishment has qualified them to take either the ACT or SAT as a 7th grader. We are so proud of their academic achievement!!
